Short-Term Objectives● To gain agency rights for all the airlines which operate in the country.
● To aggressively build a clientele portfolio and maintain excellent relations with these clients
● To employ a number of advertising instruments and platforms to build and position the corporate brand.
● Establish at least 3 outlets in the key markets.
● To achieve the revenue growth and profit targets for the company.
Medium-Term Objectives● To maintain the excellent relationship with clients and to leverage on this to acquire new businesses.
● To serve about 20% of corporate travellers in Ghana by growing the
corporate line of business.
● To network and collaborate with travel agencies in Africa, Europe, America and other parts of the world.
● To introduce I.T and technological innovations to support and drive internal efficiencies, enhance service delivery and lower costs of transactions.
● To pursue related diversifications in order to offer the full service suite in the travel and tourism business.
Long-Term Objectives● To attain about 30% market share of all corporate businesses in Ghana.
● To undertake acquisitions as a corporate growth strategy
● To leverage on the brand reputation to undertake unrelated diversifications to serve as additional income streams.
● To incorporate a holding company to manage the streams of investments (through related and unrelated diversifications), which will be transformed into autonomous strategic business units.
